Very good, very friendly, very good food, recommended
Our start and finish, for our 62 km bike tour, was the peat barn port. The location is idyllically beautiful with many descriptive information boards at the time of the peat farmers and peat shippers.
We were here by bus (day trip). There was a roast buffet. Everyone liked it. Then the landlord took us to hunt for cranes in a carriage. We were lucky and saw some cranes. Then there was coffee and homemade cake. It was a beautiful day all round. Unfortunately, the host had to close the restaurant after us because of Corona. We wish him all the best.
Very friendly service. Super delicious fresh cake. Will definitely be back.
A very nice place to stay
Friendly service delicious eaten from the grill. Original location.
Were only there for coffee: But fantastic butter cake ... very tasty and to be recommended
Fruit cake with Baileys is highly recommended.
You should definitely do the boat trip in the moor. But first book in the restaurant with the host.
A very nice inn with a wonderful beer garden in front of it. The owner has been there for 70 years and is an extremely friendly person.
Great destination and delicious food.
Eat and drink well and cheaply, nice service
Very rustic and cozy. Right on the canal .... Pure nature.
Excursion destination in the Teufelsmoor, idyllically located on the Oste-Hamme Canal.
Everyone should have taken a peat boat tour. The place is great for group activities.
Very lovingly designed peat barge harbor with vivid information boards that make life in the moor imaginable. With bird watching station. Very nice piece of earth! Nice local destination: paddle, go peat boat, or simply enjoy the sunset at the atmospheric harbor with a beer! 🤗
A great experience boating and carriage ride eat full and coffee and cake. It was worth it was great
Asparagus is great
We all liked the bus to Gnarrenburg, goose food, coffee and cake and a tour of the moor area. We have a lot experience. Many thanks to the staff of the restaurant and the tour operator.
Very cozy atmosphere the food was also very good all in all recommended
Some local home style cooked/prepped meals. Very close to 'adventure' ship tours with a Kanu or original 'Torfkähne'. Nice location, outside seating available depending on weather.
